I design and deliver networks to enterprise standards, adapted to life at sea: redundant core switching, carefully planned wireless coverage through steel and composite structures, and strict separation between owner, guest, crew and ship systems. Everything is documented, labelled and monitored, so problems are found and fixed early.

I specify, integrate and commission Crestron control and DM-NVX AV distribution so that content, lighting, blinds and climate behave consistently across the vessel. Interfaces are designed around how the owner and their guests actually live on board, and the crew are trained to support them with confidence.

New Build, Refit & Acceptance Testing
Technical representation in the shipyard, from specification to FAT, HAT and SAT.
The decisions made during a build or refit decide how the yacht performs for years. I act as the owner's technical representative in the yard, checking that what is designed, installed and handed over meets the specification and the owner's expectations.
Every system is proven before it is accepted: Factory Acceptance Tests before equipment ships, Harbour Acceptance Tests once it is installed, and Sea Acceptance Tests under real operating conditions. Defects are logged, tracked and closed, not discovered by guests on the first charter.

Ongoing Support
Remote monitoring, onboard visits and a single expert who already knows your systems.
Delivery is the beginning, not the end. Once a vessel is in service I stay with it, monitoring systems remotely, helping the crew when something needs attention, and travelling to the yacht when a problem needs hands on.
Because I already know the design, support is fast and decisions are informed. Maintenance and upgrades are planned around the owner's schedule, not the other way round.
